How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled using the Health Harmony Web online scheduler.  If you have a discount to apply to your purchase, please contact Esther to schedule your appointment.

Do I need to book my appointment online in order to reserve my appointment time?
Yes, appointments at Health Harmony Web are only reserved once your booking has been completed.

What days and times are you available for scheduling?
Appointments can be made for Wednesdays and Fridays 12 pm – 8pm, and Saturdays 4 pm – 8pm.

Where do you take appointments?
Appointments for Health Harmony Web are taken at the Lakeview location of 3354 N Paulina St, Office 203, Chicago,IL.

Do you accept insurance?
Insurance cannot be utilized for Ayurvedic or Energy Medicine services and is, therefore, not accepted at Health Harmony Web.

Is there parking available at your office?
There is street parking available in the area.  However, please allow adequate time to find parking space prior to your appointment.

Is the office located close to a public transportation stop? 
Yes, the office is directly adjacent to the Brown Line Paulina Stop.

Is there anything I need to bring to my appointment?
Please arrive to your appointment with paperwork filled out ahead of time.  New patient paperwork can be found here.

I am coming for a Reiki or Bengston Method Session.  Is there anything I need to do ahead of time or anything in particular I need to wear?
No, there is nothing that you need to do ahead of time to prepare for the session aside from filling out and bringing along new patient paperwork.  Wear whatever you will feel most comfortable in- it is a session to promote relaxation, after all!
